How are roll-off dumpsters used?
Generally, there are two main uses for our roll off dumpsters, i.e., for large cleaning projects and to clean up the construction site. For instance, the dumpsters can be used to dispose of debris from a home renovation project, discard items from a basement spring cleaning project, yard waste etc.
What impacts how much a dumpster costs?
Well, two factors tend to have the most significant impact on what you end up paying for dumpster rental in Raleigh, NC. The first being the size of the dumpster. Larger dumpsters are more expensive than smaller ones. The second being your location. Fortunately, landfills in Raleigh aren’t as expensive as other parts of the US, but fees and taxes are still associated with disposing of contents, which are factored into the pricing. How much can a dumpster be loaded?
You will want to ensure that all debris goes inside the container. There should be no debris hanging off the sides or sticking through the top of the container. If so, it can delay our waste pickup since drivers can’t haul an overloaded dumpster.
What is the typical rental period?
Usually, the rental period is between 7 to 14 days. However, it depends on where you are located, the demand and the availability of our dumpsters. That said, rental periods can be extended upon request at a low daily rate. Anyone who wants to keep our dumpster for longer than the period initially specified will be charged an extension fee for each day.
Can I Order More Dumpsters or Ones of Different Sizes?
If the dumpster is filled up ahead of time, i.e., before project completion, you can schedule to return it in exchange for an empty one. You can also order additional dumpsters as required. It is also perfectly OK to order dumpsters of varying sizes for a single project though it isn’t a common request.
Are the dumpsters picked up automatically?
Our policy requires that people who rent our dumpsters notify us when to pick them up. You have to schedule a pickup online or prior to the last day of the rental period. If you fail to call us by the last day of the rental period, we will charge you a fee for every additional day the dumpster is with you.
Can you schedule a pickup on the same day a dumpster is delivered?
Yes, it is possible for us to pick it up on the same day after you’ve filled it up. However, you will want to give our team advance notice so that they are prepared to pick up the dumpster.
